What this page measures

Each row is a live probe: the database and cache report through Spring Boot’s health indicators, the event bus answers a real broker describeCluster(), and the agent runtime and WhatsApp services answer their own health endpoints. A component marked Not deployed is intentionally off in this environment, not failing. Historic uptime and incident post-mortems are published on the changelog as they happen; API consumers can read the same feed at GET /api/public/status.
